JOB DESCRIPTION
The Processing Assistant will support a team of processors collecting third party documents.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required
- Experience in title work or processing preferable.
- Able to recognize title documents for uploading and labeling.
- Basic mortgage knowledge helpful, but will train.
- Experience in Partners Credit and Verification Solutions helpful.
- Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be organized. Knowledge of Google and Gmail is required.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Order Title packages, HOI or Payoffs.
- Order Miscellaneous Documents pertaining to the loan. ex: Fit Report, USPS, LDP/GSA and Flood Cert.
- Fulfilling requests of the processors.
Pay: $17.30 hrly + Bonus
