About the Opportunity

Rapid Finance is seeking a Processor to join our rapidly growing Operations team. The Processor will be responsible for managing a high volume pipeline of clients looking for small business funding. The Processor will communicate with sales, underwriters, partners and clients to obtain stipulations needed to fund a business. The processor will be responsible for reaching out to landlords to conduct interviews to verify payment history and tenants’ lease agreements. In addition, the Processor will be working with third party vendors to schedule site inspections and tax information for applying businesses and completing conference calls with clients and their banks and government offices to verify business information.

About You

• Strong organizational skills
• Multi-tasking on high levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• If you have prior experience in client service, clerical support or data entry, even better.
• Experience in financial services, especially banking or lending, industry experience is helpful.
• You have experienced working knowledge of outlook and have worked with Word, Excel.

• You understand the importance of reviewing your work, correcting errors, and protecting confidentiality, especially when handling critical client data.
• You pride yourself on your high attention to detail and getting things done on time.
• You are comfortable working in a paperless environment.
• You are comfortable with screenshare applications and conducting conference calls with multiple parties.
• You can analyze a situation in order to make fact-based decisions and recommend possible solutions.
• You are driven – you tackle your goals and are eager to take on more.
• You are available to work more than 40 hours per week based on business need.
