The Role

Addepar is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the process of evaluating our purchases of goods and services, negotiating contracts and helping business functions achieve strategic sourcing projects and departmental targets for cost savings. This role will report to the Procurement Director and will work cross-functionally to collaborate with business partners to understand and manage requirements and scoping for renewals and sourcing needs. The position requires a proactive approach for providing excellent customer service to business partners and external vendors.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be 
determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $58,000 - $109,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance including but not limited invoice disputes, contract additions and/or modifications.
  • Guide internal business partners through the purchasing process for new vendors or renewals.
  • Facilitate with contract negotiations as well as the internal review/sign off process of finance, legal, information security, risk and IT.
  • Assist in the implementation of an end-to-end P2P tool and become the system administrator
  • Responsible for the timely updating of contract inventory and reporting dashboard.
  • Identify and support supplier consolidation opportunities that will generate savings and reduce complexity from implementing strategic sourcing projects
Who You Are
  • 1-2 years experience working in a procurement function
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, including pivot tables and functions
  • Understands contract language & drafting
  • Experience with P2P systems
