The Opportunity
As a Procurement Operations Senior Associate you will focus on purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice you will be responsible for executing managing and optimizing purchase processes and some supplier relationship management. This role is crucial in assisting the organization to obtain quality goods at the appropriate price enhancing operational efficiency.
As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear using these moments as opportunities to grow.

- Analyzing industry trends and supplier performance to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals

- Preparing reports and providing insights to support decision-making and procurement planning
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55000 - $151470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55000 - $187000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills experience qualifications and location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
