Procurement Senior Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Controller and partnering with our Accounts Payable team, the Procurement Senior Manager will own all purchasing functions for the organization. This role will help ensure proper vendor review practices are met and help the company’s procurement strategy as we continue to scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain vendor identification, negotiation and purchasing procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identify spend profile and buying patterns to anticipate organizational needs
- Create cost savings opportunities and develop preferred vendor list
- Create SaaS renewal date matrix and ensure lead time for new contract discussions
- Ensure compliance with legal and security review requirements for all new purchases
- Partner cross functionally to ensure best pricing and business terms are achieved
What we expect from you:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement role
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to embrace and drive change across an organization
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with different stakeholders

The target salary range for this position is $ $127,000 - $155,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
