Product Builder

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Builder based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, focused on building and scaling digital experiences within a customer experience platform. You will be responsible for turning product vision into shipped solutions, working across multidisciplinary squads to deliver high-impact features end-to-end. The position requires strong ownership, as you will be accountable for both building and operating the products you ship under a “you build it, you run it” mindset.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, rapid prototyping, and AI-driven development are part of the daily workflow.
A key part of your mission will be aligning technical and non-technical teams around clear product direction, ensuring execution quality and speed.
You will actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, and iteration cycles.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys solving real user problems through hands-on product creation.

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics based on user needs, data insights, and market opportunities.
• Lead a stream-aligned squad, prioritizing backlog, removing blockers, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-value increments.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery and prototyping to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping, documentation, testing, and workflow automation.
• Create and maintain clear product documentation, diagrams, and requirements in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Own product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency under a “you build it, you run it” approach.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement, transparency, and execution excellence.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in software development, product management, design, or other technical roles in digital products.
• Strong product mindset with ability to define vision, metrics, and roadmap execution.
• Hands-on technical fluency, including understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and system integrations.
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL queries and basic system architecture concepts (differential).
• Experience working in agile environments with ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into clear business narratives.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset focused on outcomes and user impact.
• Real AI fluency, with ability to orchestrate AI tools to accelerate product development and execution.
