Product Data Specialist - Remote

As part of the Etail Channel, the Data Specialist III position supports the effective and efficient creation, management, and distribution of all product data for James Martin Vanities, as well as ensures product data integrity and quality across the multiple eCommerce marketplaces. This position provides subject matter expertise on the product data information processes, PIM software solutions and integrations, and evaluating end-to-end business impacts. This position will also be tasked with establishing industry standard methodologies within the data management process. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the US. This position would require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional project management to build, enrich, and distribute product data for James Martin Vanities
• Accurate data entry, lifecycle maintenance, and syndication of products to multiple eCommerce marketplaces using a combination of in-house and third-party eCommerce software
• Build and execute stage gate processes to collect and validate product data
• Build and maintain product data templates in order to efficiently and accurately store and distribute relevant product data
• Adhere to task and project management procedures and guidelines
• Analyze content and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Identify and develop process improvements to streamline data and department workflow
• Proactively troubleshoot and correct website issues, including price, category, image, description
• Proactively audit internal and external website to verify product data and functionality is accurately applied
• Provides backup administrative support to the with price changes, promotions, and finance questions
• Works with inventory personnel to ensure all sites are receiving daily inventory and that sku application matches client's site
• Work with the Senior Category Sales Manager - Etail to continue to identify areas of opportunity where we can make improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Experience:

• College degree in computer science preferred
• Two (2) years of data or web content experience.
• Applies broader job knowledge and strategic planning of established processes and procedures that are relevant to channel growth goals
• Two (2) years of bathroom furniture/brand knowledge is helpful
• Proficiency with Salsify PIM software and experience leading a PIM solution for a brand
• Competency to lead product information management (PIM) system processes, data integrity, and project management & documentation
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proven project ownership (set a plan of action and implement quickly, accurately, and optimally with some supervision) and initiative (self-motivated to proactively problem solve, and see projects through completion)
• Effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing a large volume of projects and tasks at one time
• Excellent written and communication skills to collect and convey information to a variety of audiences .
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Master level competence in Excel
• Commitment to quality control

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

$4,583.00 - $6,167.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
