Dispatch

IEX is building a bridge between traditional finance and digital assets with a new initiative that intends to give investors a transparent and compliant way to trade digital assets. Product Designer

As we grow the team from 1+, we’re looking for generalists who are intrigued about the future of the web. When it comes to design, we’re looking to work with experienced
people who can pick a problem and solve it. We care deeply about design. For us, it’s both how it works and how it looks. At its core, Dispatch is a self-serve application
where speed, interactions, and all the small things matter. We are designing it to be highly functional with areas of shock n awe. We expect a broad set of design skills, and
ability to create high-fidelity designs. Interaction and prototypes are a bonus. For these first designer roles, we are looking for people with several years of experience working
in cross-functional product teams and creating interactive products and applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of Dispatch
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and other partners
• Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality
• Use and evolve our internal design system
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company
• Redefining best-in-class software design and development processes so that we can build an opinionated product

You Are/Have: 

• Several years of experience leading and designing interactive applications   
• Experienced in excellent visual, UI and interaction skills
• Culture fit (Think Big, Do Good/ Win Together/ Be Gritty/ Invent & Reinvent)

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $175,000 and $225,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
