Product Designer - SeekrFlow

The Role:

The position of Product Designer for SeekrFlow is pivotal in translating our advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, efficient, and accessible experiences for our diverse clientele. You'll be a key stakeholder designing the heart of our mission to bridge the sophisticated world of artificial intelligence with the practical needs of businesses, ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds our users' expectations. In this role, you will:

• Design and refine user interfaces that make our complex AI development platform functionalities accessible and straightforward for clients across various industries and use cases.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to understand the intricacies of our AI technology and the unique challenges our business clients face, ensuring the solutions you design are innovative and grounded in real user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft user interfaces that seamlessly integrate complex AI development and production monitoring features, providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the platform. This includes designing adaptable UI elements that help users understand the behavior of models throughout the development process and deployed models.
• Shepherd the design process from concept to execution, creating an environment that appeals to technical and non-technical users. This involves conducting user research and competitive analysis, creating personas, designing workflows, and building prototypes to ensure Seekr Build is engaging, intuitive, and accessible.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product managers to bring the playground to life. Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to ensure a cohesive and innovative user experience across the platform.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with exposure to web, software, and AI-driven environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate complex technologies into engaging and intuitive design solutions.
• Proven expertise in developing and working within comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Extensive experience in product design, including user research, persona development, user story mapping, prototyping, and usability testing. Ability to think creatively and strategically about how design can solve user needs and enhance the AI exploration experience.
• Skilled in Figma and familiar with other design and prototyping tools. A basic understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies is highly preferred, enabling you to design with technical constraints and possibilities in mind.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with API specifications and design principles for developer tools.
• Experience designing interfaces for creative/visualization use cases.
• Basic understanding of machine learning principles and AI concepts.
