This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Inspection Associate based in United States.

As a Product Inspection Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive products that meet the highest quality standards. Working within a collaborative operations environment, you will inspect products, manage inventory, coordinate incoming shipments, and support day-to-day fulfillment activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to product quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, the role provides ongoing learning opportunities and the chance to grow within an expanding international business. This is a full-time, on-site position with a consistent four-day workweek schedule.

Accountabilities:

  • Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure products consistently meet established quality standards.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and ensuring products are stored efficiently.
  • Coordinate shipment-related activities with international team members to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Work closely with fulfillment and operational teams to support timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation related to quality control and inventory.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying quality issues and helping maintain operational excellence.
  • Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
    • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks requiring full use of hands and fingers.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect high volumes of products accurately.
    • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new skills.
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel or an interest in developing spreadsheet skills is an advantage.
    • Previous experience using computers in a professional setting is preferred.
