Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous, comfortable with AI-assisted tools, and thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment where innovation and impact are central to daily work. You will influence product strategy, shape engagement flows, and directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, accessible mental health care.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze engagement metrics and product usage data to pinpoint drop-off points and retention opportunities
  • Design, run, and evaluate experiments to test engagement strategies and present actionable insights to product leadership
  • Configure and optimize engagement journeys across platforms such as Iterable, including messaging, push notifications, and re-engagement flows
  • Develop UX flows, interaction patterns, and conversational AI/chatbot experiences to improve patient adherence and satisfaction
  • Author clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and feature specifications to guide engineering work
  • Triage product issues, coordinate resolution with engineering, and ensure alignment with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of product management experience in health tech, telehealth, SaMD, or consumer wellness, focusing on mobile or digital app experiences
    • Experience with learning products, behavior change platforms, or self-improvement apps where sustained engagement is critical
    • Strong UX sensibility and empathy for users, able to critique flows and push for intuitive, effective designs
    • Demonstrated ability to run experiments and make data-informed product decisions
    • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and engagement platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.)
    • Ownership mentality with strong initiative, self-management, and project execution skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize research, author PRDs, and align stakeholders
    • Preferred: experience with AI-assisted workflows, regulated digital therapeutics, SQL, Jira, Figma, and conversational AI/chatbot design
    • Benefits:

      • Contractor hourly rate: $70–$80 per hour (based on experience and engagement scope)
      • Fully remote, US-based work with flexibility in schedule and location
      • Opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, mental health, and evidence-based care
      • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and exposure to digital therapeutics innovation
      • Engagement allows for hands-on impact on patient outcomes and product strategy
