Product Manager/Sr, AI Conversational Insights

In this role you will:

• Define product requirements for automated analysis and topic identification in recorded conversations.
• Work with customers, sales, marketing, and other business stakeholders to introduce products to UC/CC markets.
• Assists with tracking, organization, and responses to customer/market inquiries.
• Create an AI Insights roadmap that aligns with critical areas of the business and unlocks value.
• Drive alignment between AI Insights and RingCentral's overall AI vision by working with the product leadership team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics teams, engineering teams, and groups of passionate stakeholders dedicated to improving our customer experience.

Desired background & experience:

• 3+ years of analytics experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Hands-on experience in statistics and machine learning, both in building and maintaining models, as well as coaching and helping analysts choose the suitable methods to solve the problem at hand
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI in Looker or Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of data models, infrastructure, and data architecture
• Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and an ability to lead a team and operate autonomously
• Ability to explain technical analyses to non-technical audiences

If you are hired in Belmon, the compensation range for this position is between $138,000.00 and $172,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
