The Consumer Interactive team at TransUnion is focused on providing tools, resources and education to help consumers manage their credit health, achieve their financial goals, and protect their identity. You and other team members support our business by translating our Customer's needs into solutions that to bring best in class products and platforms to consumers.
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to play a key role on the Product Foundation team with a focus on Back End and Core product functionality consumed by sites and applications. The Product Owner will work with the Product Managers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and product requirements documents as well as user stories and acceptance criteria on assigned projects. As part of an agile team, this opportunity will allow you to work closely with sales, design, product, & development experts in producing quality products.
What You'll Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting web-based consumer products.
• Experience translating complex business needs into requirements for technical team by breaking-out features into user stories.
• Experience working with internal teams to plan and execute the launch of new features, taking into consideration any interdependencies.
• Ability to work and remain organized in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in writing logical, detailed, and complete technical product requirements.
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships at various levels.
• BA/BS is required in a relevant field.

Impact You'll Make:
As a Product Owner, define and create all documentation necessary to communicate to stakeholders the product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

• Complete feature refinement, writing user stories and acceptance criteria to meet the needs of your agile team.
• Take a leadership role as the PO as part of the triad of an agile team.
• Work closely with Sales and Customers to understand, interpret, and prioritize customer needs through our agile processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX team to provide vision to our customers on best in class experience we can offer to their consumers.
• Produce product business requirements and product specifications that are clearly written, concise, and follow all established processes and guidelines.
• Engage frequently with all business, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all requirements meet regulatory standards.
• Be able to translate technical details into business friendly terms.
