Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge passwordless authentication platform and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our passwordless authentication platform.
• Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends, translating them into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback, aligning it with our company's strategic vision.
• Work closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams, providing clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion the user experience, collaborating with designers and UX researchers to create intuitive and seamless authentication workflows.
• Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, validating product features, and building strong relationships to ensure we meet their evolving needs.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to drive data-driven decisions and iterate on the product.
• Embrace an Agile development approach, actively participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer success teams, to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, industry standards, and security protocols to ensure our product remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software product company, preferably in the realm of cybersecurity or IAM.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a track record of successfully delivering software products in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing insights and metrics to drive product enhancements.
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, authentication protocols, and security best practices is highly desirable.
• Experience with software development processes, technologies, and cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
