What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Professional Services Organization and Finance teams.  You will work cross-functionally, and support our teams globally.  You will be exposed to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, and play a key role in driving efficiency and process improvement.

You will:

• Oversee and support Professional Services Billing and Revenue Recognition instruction
• Serve as a liaison between the Professional Services Organization and key cross-functional Finance teams
• Develop and oversee several key reports; contribute to our overall reporting strategy
• Support the Professional Services Subcontracting and Vendor Payment Process
• Own and oversee serval key Professional Services and Financial processes
• Define and enhance new and existing process improvements
• Support our teams globally

Essential Requirements

• 2-4 years related experience

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Certinia (FinancialForce)
• Experience with PowerBI
• Understanding and Experience with Boomi
• Finance and/or Accounting background
