  • 8+ years’ experience as a Delivery Lead or Integration SME in delivery of applications/software project(s).
  • 8+ years of experience with software development delivery and/or technical management
  • Experience leading software delivery of cross-functional software development teams for front-end, middle-tier, back-end development activities as well as infrastructure and networking components
  • Experience monitoring and resolving dependencies and risks
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and leading multiple cross-functional scrum and Kanban teams
  • Experience establishing and maturing release management processes of an enterprise solution with multiple components
  • Hands on experience implementing automated CI/CD processes leveraging Jenkins, JIRA, Git, etc.
  • Hands on experience implementing automated testing capabilities on a CI/CD platform
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

We'll REALLY love it if you have: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

  • Experience working in fast-paced agile and continuous delivery (CI/CD) program
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Participated as a leading member of Government led Agile Teams to develop and sustain software in an agile fashion using the prescribed agile practices following the Government specified Sprint and Release cadences
  • A CSM or PMI-ACP Certification

What your day will look like:

  • You’ll be responsible and report to the Program Manager for all releases related activities of the team and actively work with them to identify and help resolve blockers to deployment.
  • You’ll work with technical teams to monitor and meet team commitments aligned to modernization and enhancements of mission critical software applications
  • You will identify and resolve bottlenecks through process maturity or automation
  • You’ll bridge any gaps between the Technical and customer Business Teams
  • You’ll develop, cultivate, and manage customer relationships
  • You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining release plans / roadmaps
  • You’ll manage potential impacts of project scope changes and make recommendations to software development projects
  • You’ll escalate risks of the project to appropriate government and company stakeholders
