We are looking for an exceptional Program Management Intern to join our growing team (Product-Led Growth). In this role, you will be creating engaging content for feature discovery, in-context guides, and education for Workato users. You will be joining a team that develops user experiences and user journeys. Engagement users through in-product guides, documentation, blog content and much more, to help customers grow from novice users to inter. You will also be responsible to:
Help define durable processes for the PLG team for status reporting, releasing plans, etc.
Lead programs by managing program structure, scope, release planning, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings in order to address tactical release issues, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc.
Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables to schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks.
Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership.
Track and facilitate multi-functional tasks that are needed
Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in ideation, validation and execution
Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
[This is a 6+ month internship. The opportunity to transit into a permanent, full-time position may be offered to you depending on your work performance amongst other factors.]
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsGood knowledge of handling projects and program management methodology and techniques;
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, Airtable is a plus
Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
Fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing. Comfortable interfacing with executives, as well as product managers and developers
Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional project teams in the successful launch of new products or services
Excels in relationship building and has proven success in influencing without direct authority at all levels, from senior leadership to individual contributors
Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change
Passionate about processes and continuously improving internal workflows
Detail-oriented, highly analytical and a skilled multi-tasker
Self-motivated, attentive, and always follows through
