ABOUT THE ROLEĀ 

Peloton is looking for a leader with excellent relationship building and organizational skills to fill the Program Manager, Talent & Learning EngagementĀ position on our Global Talent Development team. In this role, they will work cross-functionally to develop our go-to-market (program activation) and measurement strategy. They will provide consultation during the intake process, generate and distribute reporting, analytics, and insights on the completion and efficacy of our talent and learning programs. They will provide feedback and consultation across the Talent Development team to improve adoption and impact of our programs and projects as well as support the development of quarterly business updates. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Operations within Peloton’s Global Talent Development team.Ā 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience in project and program management, activating programs and driving adoption, change management, and success measurement. Success in this role is dependent on being highly self-motivated and -managed, innovative, and adaptable, as well as having the ability to influence, and work collaboratively or autonomously depending on the needs of the project. This individual will work internally with teams across Peloton to market, implement, and measure the success of our talent development programs and projects.Ā 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONĀ 

  • Develop, launch, and own our talent development go-to-market (program activation) including change management assessment, communication strategy, and launch and sustain strategy.
  • Partner with HR Operational Excellence + Engagement team on the go-to-market strategy and QBR development.
  • Develop, launch and own our talent development measurement strategy, including surveys, generating and distributing reporting, analytics, and insights on the completion and efficacy of our talent and learning programs.
  • Develop internal processes, documentation, and templates to support our go-to-market and measurement approaches.
  • Partner with the People Analytics team and Team Member Insights Manager to gain insights from the data and survey results that they own.
  • Partner with PBP and TMR team to gain subjective insights from their client groups on the efficacy and effectiveness of talent and learning programs.
  • Foster relationships and strong communication with key stakeholders across Peloton.
  • Provide consultation during the project intake process on success metrics and activation strategies.
  • Provide feedback and consultation within the Talent Development team to improve the adoption and impact of our talent and learning programs.
  • Support the development of quarterly business updates providing data and insights.
  • Research and implement best practices in program engagement, technology, tools, and approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and emerging trends in program engagement methods, tools, and software.

YOU BRING TO PELOTONĀ 

  • 2-3 years in a program engagement role including launching go-to market and measurement strategies
  • 2-3 years experience managing programs focused on learning and development and human capital or people programs
  • Experience working in data analytics and insights storytelling
  • Experience implementing and managing a variety of learning programs and creating supporting course documentation, including tracking learning consumption, milestones, objectives, and other KPIs
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment with a large number of hourly and salaried employees
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration software, such as Monday.com, Jira, and/or Miro

Base Salary: $103,200.00Ā  to $134,200.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
