Program/Project Management Lead

THE WORK: Deliver excellence with dedication and enthusiasm. You will perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating and contributing in discussions. Your contributions will help provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. This role embraces advanced expertise in Service Management Governance, offering an engaging opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities from initiation to completion.
Define project scope collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives.
Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain smooth progress.
Support the oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan to ensure successful outcomes.
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in Service Management Governance.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Intermediate proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation.
