Position Specific Description

As a Project Coordinator supporting our Fiber business, you will be responsible to coordinate small cell attachments to FPL small cell street light poles pursuant to the Broker Service Agreement. As well as any additional electronics work required by carrier, meter service (load side) - meter can / disconnect panel at each new location on the load side, electrical work up to the service point that FPL provides power to the closest point such as the padmount transformer.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and completes a large or several medium or small project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
• Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
• Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
• Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
• Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
