Project Coordinator

Fifth Gait Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Colorado Springs, CO office. Desired Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor of Science + 1-2 years professional experience
• Previous experience with DoD a plus but not required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Some proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Project, is a plus
• Some experience in schedule planning and management
• Ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions
• Ability to keep customers informed of project timelines and changes
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our technical engineering team on challenging projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines and deadlines with engineering managers and team members
• Manage purchasing and inventory tracking for portable testing equipment and test samples
• Track project tasks and action items
• Manage facility scheduling for Applied Physics and Technology experiments
• Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports
• Keep customers informed of project timelines and deadlines, while ensuring that project requirements are met and exceed customers’ expectations
• Facilitate communications with subcontractors and vendors

The salary range for this position is around $50,000.00-$80,000.00. Every potential candidate is evaluated based on experience and skill to determine the appropriate salary.
