Project Management Intern

**MUST BE WILLING TO PHYSICALLY WORK NEAR SUNRISE, FLORIDA, 33323**

Position Summary:

Community Care Plan is seeking a dynamic, professional intern with strong organization and time management skills to assist in a wide variety of project-related tasks. The intern will gain experience into the day-to-day aspects of the project management office, provide concrete deliverables, and learn basic implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in the Project Management field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and OneNote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Help schedule/coordinate project meetings, both internal and with external clients
2. Track and maintain implementation tracking grids.
3. Follow up with department representatives on open deliverables.
4. Prepare monthly slides outlining status updates for CCP Leadership
5. Facilitate project meetings if needed and document notes/takeaways for distribution.

WORK SCHEDULE:

As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week. *****The company reserves the right to change the work schedules based on the company needs.
