Position Summary:
Community Care Plan is seeking a dynamic, professional intern with strong organization and time management skills to assist in a wide variety of project-related tasks. The intern will gain experience into the day-to-day aspects of the project management office, provide concrete deliverables, and learn basic implementation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in the Project Management field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and OneNote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help schedule/coordinate project meetings, both internal and with external clients
- Track and maintain implementation tracking grids.
- Follow up with department representatives on open deliverables.
- Prepare monthly slides outlining status updates for CCP Leadership
- Facilitate project meetings if needed and document notes/takeaways for distribution.

WORK SCHEDULE:
As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week. *****The company reserves the right to change the work schedules based on the company needs.
