As our Program Manager, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall workflow and management of assigned projects from inception to completion and will lead the internal team to deliver the work within the defined scope, timeline and budget.

  • Works with the Client Service team to manage expectations and develop a scope of work, timeline and budget.
  • Works as liaison/communications hub between all agency team members.
  • Schedules all necessary internal key touchpoint meetings throughout the project lifecycle - kick off, internal reviews, status, progress meetings, production, and development check points, etc.
  • Develops and manages scopes of work, project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinates with resource management to assign appropriate talent and estimates the amount of time required from agency resources to do the work.
  • Has financial oversight at the project and/or scope of work level working with Client Service and Finance leads to regularly review budget reports.
  • Leads and inspires the team as well as involves people at the optimal levels for project success and overall team utilization.
  • Keeps projects on track using clear written and verbal communications including status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Keeps project files organized using provided agency tools and resources.
  • Clearly communicates project issues and resolution to the internal team.
  • Creatively problem solves enabling the best creative output keeping the timeline and budget in mind.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement to agency processes.

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3+ years in project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with financial management and using project management software
  • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Effective understanding of the various production disciplines: print, digital and video
