This role is focused on leading high-impact, multi-cloud AI programs that drive the operationalization of advanced AI capabilities across enterprise platforms. The project manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives spanning research, proof-of-concepts, prototyping, and production deployment within Azure and GCP environments. Acting as a key delivery leader, the role requires strong coordination across vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment. You will play a central role in transforming AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions while ensuring governance, budget control, and delivery alignment. The position demands strong agile leadership combined with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resource constraints. It is ideal for a hands-on program manager experienced in AI-driven transformation initiatives and multi-cloud ecosystems.

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through to production deployment, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and change control
• Overseeing the operationalization of AI prototypes into production-ready applications, such as intelligent extraction or automated analysis solutions
• Managing multi-cloud initiatives across Microsoft Azure and supporting integration and enablement of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Coordinating multiple vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment across development, QA, and deployment workstreams
• Guiding and mentoring offshore teams and junior leads, supporting technical execution and delivery consistency
• Ensuring financial governance, including budget tracking, forecasting, and alignment with approved funding and timelines
• Facilitating agile delivery processes across research-heavy, prototype-driven AI projects
• Acting as a central communication bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

Requirements

This role requires an experienced project manager with strong expertise in agile delivery and a solid understanding of AI and cloud technologies within complex enterprise environments.

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project management, particularly in research-driven or POC-based technical programs
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based AI environments
• Familiarity with AI operationalization concepts, including LLMs, agents, and automated decision systems
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments, ideally including GCP integration initiatives
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans in collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills across multiple internal and external parties
• Excellent communication and “handshake” coordination skills in complex delivery ecosystems
• Ability to lead distributed teams and mentor junior or offshore delivery resources
• Strong organizational skills with attention to risk, scope, and delivery governance
