Project Manager Architect Beverly Hills Hybrid 120k to 130k

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Architect with Draftsman knowledge to join the team at our clients family office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial & Residential project management and experience with architectural design and construction projects. Requirements: • Commercial project management experience (must) • Strong knowledge of Draftsman software and architectural design principles • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting with travel to sites Responsibilities: • Manage projects from concept to completion • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors • Develop and implement project plans and timelines • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction Architectural License Highly Preferred
