Position Overview

As a Program Manager within the Player Success Organization (PSO) you will provide direction and leadership in the planning implementation and post-launch support of programs and initiatives that enhance player engagement and retention. You will collaborate across PSO studio leadership and central teams to ensure efficient high-quality planning for new products and enhancements. This role requires strong project management fundamentals and the ability to drive initiatives through their complete lifecycle while managing cross-functional dependencies.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
  • Manage process documentation contracting workflows and vendor relationships working primarily with USA-based partners.
  • Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning development testing and release).
  • Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership.
  • Manage program/project plans schedules and budgets to ensure on-time high-quality delivery within resource constraints.
  • Provide cross-team support for Sweepstakes and special initiatives.
  • Take existing externally-owned systems and ensure PSO needs are clearly integrated and requirements are met.
  • Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical business and product teams.
  • Lead post-program reporting and documentation refinement to establish scalable processes.
  • Monitor task execution to ensure timely delivery of PSO initiatives and programs.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Passion for gaming and player success.
  • USA afternoon availability required for close collaboration with PSO leaders in Austin San Mateo and Chicago.
What We Offer You

The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $60700 and $89860 per year.
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $61700 and $91340 per year. However base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates such as job-related knowledge skills experience and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Regular full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company including: medical dental vision and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
