Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact Project Manager role focused on leading complex ERP implementation projects across international clients, primarily within North American markets.
You will oversee end-to-end delivery of NetSuite-based transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
The role requires strong client-facing leadership, combining technical understanding with structured project governance.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

You will play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence while continuously improving implementation practices.

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, work breakdown structure development, scheduling, budgeting, and change management control across ERP implementation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring accurate project documentation, reporting, and milestone tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects or manage full program delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring clear prioritization of tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with developers, functional consultants, and subject matter experts to ensure successful NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve delivery processes and future project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects, preferably within NetSuite environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and project delivery frameworks, including SuiteSuccess methodology (preferred).
• Experience working with distributed, international teams and managing client relationships in cross-cultural environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and a consistent focus on delivery quality and deadlines.
• PMP certification is a plus and familiarity with structured project management methodologies is highly valued.
