JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Tracking, collating, analyzing, reporting data that impacts the site and deal scorecard metrics
•    Supporting the site and deal in driving and achieving the metrics
•    Provide strategic inputs to help the deal innovate
•    Provide logistical support for asset and other requirement at a site and deal level
•    Taking head count of new recruits from HR, arranging for transport, scheduling batches & tracking training inventory
•    Providing guidance and mentoring to any direct reports
•    Co-ordinating for training rooms, obtaining IDs from Mission Control & arranging schedule for nesting
•    Obtaining head sets & relevant stationery
•    Maintaining relevant data & scores on training
•    Receiving & documenting feedback on training effectiveness
•    Co-ordinating with multi-locational facilities for training implementation
•    Reporting training data to all stakeholders on time, to effect quick decision-making opportunities
•    Organize training venues, logistics, transport as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
•    Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training
