The Project Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and coordination of client deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and closely support the Client Management team. Your strong analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities will help drive the growth and success of our dynamic company.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Work with delivery operations to maintain/update client delivery program plan, capacity plan, and individual work assignments.
- Provide ongoing support to the client management and delivery teams to execute the content delivery program plans.
- Monitor program progress, help identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address them to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and analyze client metrics - share data insights with client management.
- Ensure client data is accurately/timely captured in the delivery platform tool.
- Ensure client communications are accurately/timely captured in the customer relationship management tool.
- Attend client meetings and identify follow-up delivery/customer support activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed on the delivery plan.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency and execute solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in project coordination, customer support, or client management
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work closely with data analysts, product managers, and data engineers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to understand the big picture and dive into details.
Ideal Candidates will have the following traits:
- Experience in a technology startup or services/consulting team.
- Experience working remotely in a matrixed environment with distributed teams.
- Experience working with Google Data Studio/Looker or comparable tool.
- Experience working with Jira or other Issue & Project Tracking software.
- Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM.
- Sports knowledge
- Betting knowledge
- A fast learner and a team player – ability to collaborate and be a self-starter.
- Startup mentality – ability to “wear many hats” and identify and pursue solutions with limited guidance.

The salary for this role is between $60K and $80K. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. The hired candidate will be eligible for 100% employee paid healthcare benefits, 401K, remote work with a technology stipend, and unlimited PTO. All full-time employees are eligible for additional rewards, such as stock options and any company bonus program that may be offered.
