Job description

We are a growing company specializing in custom apparel, promotional products, and printed materials. We are seeking an entry-level Promotional Products & Print Coordinator to join our team. This role blends light graphic design edits, order management, and vendor coordination. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both design files and customers, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no evenings, no weekends). Key Responsibilities: • Receive and process customer orders for apparel, promotional goods, and print items (e.g., business cards, brochures). • Make light graphic design edits to templates (logos, text adjustments, sizing, colors). • Submit and track orders with third-party vendors and suppliers. • Monitor order timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. • Receive shipments, verify product quality/accuracy, and prepare for customer delivery. • Communicate with customers regarding order status, proofs, and fulfillment. • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and vendor communications. • Assist with packaging and production tasks when needed. Qualifications: • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) – ability to make edits to existing templates. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple orders/projects at once. • Comfortable communicating with vendors and customers via email/phone. • Prior experience in printing, promotional products, or design a plus, but not required. • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or design/marketing coursework preferred. • Able to lift 30+ lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, climb a ladder, reach, crouch, and use hands/fingers effectively. • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
