Join a mission-driven Provider Growth Operations team that is focused on supporting new therapists, coaches, and psychiatrists as they seek to join Modern Health’s Network of care providers. This opportunity is to play a critical role in the vetting and onboarding of care providers on a global scale.
We’re seeking a self-motivated, operationally focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global provider onboarding experience. In this role, you’ll be able to take responsibility for and refine our onboarding processes, leveraging our existing tools to drive efficiency and manage the exciting pace of our global growth.Â
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment in which they will guide individual care providers through their journey to join the Network while continuously optimizing our processes to ensure a speedy onboarding experience. They love solving technical problems, ensuring data accuracy, and directly supporting providers. With a natural inclination to discover pain points, they are eager to proactively communicate them in ways that enable them to be solved. This person will report into our Provider Growth Operations Lead.

What You’ll Do- Be an integral part of our Provider Growth Operations team, responsible for supporting and managing all new care providers in joining the Network, including technical setup and direct provider communications
- Leverage your detail-oriented nature to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for our providers
- Respond to provider queries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring they are enabled to succeed in their mission to deliver quality care on our platform
- Proactively identify, communicate, and improve on pain points in the onboarding process. Use your creative problem-solving skills to implement data-driven solutions
- Create, maintain, and improve our tools, systems, and documentation related to provider onboarding and vetting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and identify process improvement opportunities
- Complete other special projects as needed to contribute to the evolution of our care provider network
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or other related fields that reward a detail-oriented nature (startups are a plus)
- Exposure to working with data via spreadsheets, database systems, and/or SAS tools. Additional technical skills and experience working with data are preferred
- Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented, humble, and scrappy, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to communicate based on the situation and audience
- Naturally analytical and have an eye for efficiency gains
- Take initiative and enjoy building processes from scratch with little direction
- Comfortable working across multiple technical systems and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Work well cross-functionally and are great at building relationships, identifying pain points, and improving them
- Patient and composed with providers and when handling complex cases

Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.
