Provider Operations Associate

Our mission of delivering exceptional special education services to all students who need them rests on an amazing team of providers.  As a Provider Operations Associate, you’ll partner with our clinical and operational leadership team to deliver an exceptional experience for our provider network and support them in their work of delivering high quality care to our clients.

• Own provider support, administration and logistics across the provider team, including: 
• Provider operations and logistics (managing our provider tracking system, facilitating background check and other internal processes) 
• Manage credential verification and cross licensing process for our providers 
• Provider network support and customer service   
• You’ll be the first line of support for provider troubleshooting, questions and support (e.g. tech support, billing, scheduling, payroll)
• You’ll triage questions and issues to clinical leadership as needed
• Develop training materials for process changes across the provider team  (e.g. product updates, process changes etc) 
• Partner with Clinical leads to update provider processes, SoPs and other materials  
• Partner with Clinical and operational leadership to ensure a high performing provider team and ensure network adherence to Parallel quality standards and operating processes  
• Foster sense of community in our provider network 
• Develop and draft monthly provider newsletters to keep clinical network up to date on Parallel updates and changes 
• Support clinical leads in developing materials and leading monthly provider team meetings
• Plan other events and  initiatives to foster sense of community  

A great fit for this role will have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Professional experience working in administration or operations in a health care setting and working closely with clinicians  
• Previous experience managing standard operating procedures and trainings for clinicians 
• Strong customer service skills and mentality 
• Detail oriented and excellent written communication skills
• Strong process management and improvement skills with a track record of leveraging technology to improve processes 
• Tech savvy and able to come up to speed quickly on new systems (e.g. Zendesk)
• Bonus points if you have prior experience in a high growth start-up or other fast-paced work environment
• Bonus points if you have worked previously at a behavioral health company or organization
