It is ideal for someone who thrives in a role combining client engagement, operational analysis, and strategic coordination.

Accountabilities:

  • Educate providers on programs, products, and strategic initiatives to support adoption and practice growth
  • Analyze provider documentation, practice structures, and legal materials to determine proper network routing and eligibility
  • Manage and resolve complex provider issues and escalations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate and support special contract arrangements based on business needs and geographic considerations
  • Gather and evaluate provider data to support network composition and ensure client performance objectives are met
  • Serve as a communication point for provider outreach initiatives, including surveys, recruitment efforts, and emergency-related communications
  • Draft clear, professional correspondence to providers, clients, and regulatory or governmental entities
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, ideally working directly with providers
    • Strong experience handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and working in high-stakes or sensitive situations
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and provider-related documentation
    • Proven capability to balance provider needs with organizational goals
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-focused mindset
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range aligned with experience and location
      • Potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses and commissions
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options
      • Paid time off and holiday benefits
      • Flexible remote work environment (U.S.-based remote role)
      • Career development opportunities within a large healthcare-focused organization
      • Inclusive and mission-driven workplace culture centered on access to quality care.
