PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Provide psychiatry services in an ambulatory clinic setting through integrated team-based behavioral health care delivery model.
• Option to support Adult Mental Health Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Programs
• 1.0 FTE
• Patient Contact hours: 35 
• Flexible schedule options
• Daytime call only
• Strong practice support, including nurse team that processes refills and triages patient messages

About our Behavioral Health Team:

• Join a group of 10 adult and 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists providing behavioral health care within a large integrated health system that is recognized for high-quality care. 
• The Behavioral Health Division provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison and emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, outpatient behavioral health clinic, and primary care-behavioral health integration. 
• Other members of the team include doctoral level psychologists, health psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, community health worker, RNs and clinical assistants. 

REQUIREMENTS  

• BC/BE Psychiatry
• Geriatric or addiction experience a plus

LOCATION

• Duluth, MN - Population approximately 90,000 with surrounding areas 200,000+
• 2 ½ hour drive to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area
• Regional service area 460,000   

COMPENSATION

$323,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
