What You’ll Do
As a QA Assistant, you’ll contribute to the success of our growing oligonucleotide manufacturing facility in 📍 Lystrup near Aarhus, where 35 dedicated employees are driving innovation. You’ll be a key part of our QA/QC team of four, working closely with colleagues across departments including customer service, chemists, and laboratory technicians.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications.
• Investigate deviations and complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain and enhance our quality management system by drafting SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with the QA team.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and ensure quality at every stage.
• Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices, including change control and problem-solving techniques.
• Review production batch records to ensure completeness and support timely product release.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated team player with:

• Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• A background in natural sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biological Sciences) or laboratory technician training.
• Familiarity with CAPA, deviation, and non-conformance reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
• The ability to analyse and present data effectively to drive informed decisions.
