THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. 

You will:

• Champion the QA process and advocate for the QA team, partnering closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver stellar products
• Manage 5 - 7 direct reports, helping them set and keep goals. You will manage team deliverables as it relates to QA.
• Lead our initiative to develop QA automation and manual testing processes
• Be a thought leader and innovator, partnering with your team members to share best practices and establish a strong, healthy culture around QA
• Provide oversight into all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing key metrics, quality goals and defining the team structure
• Work with a passionate team to build highly responsive web and mobile applications
• Coach and mentor junior people

THE SKILL SET: 

• Experience managing a team of QA engineers
• Experience as a QA engineer testing software products and creating automated testing frameworks
• Skilled in performance management, having difficult conversations, and coaching others in improving their skills
• Structured and well-organized work cadence with comfort tackling complexity and ambiguity
• Proactive and passionate about solving problems and delivering results in challenging situations

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
