Your role: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the company’s processes regarding the evaluation of a construction specification or project description and identifying standards that will result in the optimum quality.
How you will contribute to our success:
- Ensure proper implementation of the Project’s Quality Standards;
- Review the specifications in terms of Project’s Quality requirements;
- Train and new Construction Site Managers during onboarding;
- Perform inspections on the field and inform the Project Managers for any non-conformity observed;
- Inspect the activities of the subcontractors and as specified within the Project Quality Plan;
- Liaise with the Construction Site Managers for ensuring the compliance of Sub-contractors with their contractual requirements;
- Monitor the progress of corrective actions.
To be a fit you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another related field;
- At least 1 year experience in construction, ideally in FTTx projects;
- Excellent Command of the English language, oral and written;
- Good command of the German language would be considered an asset;
- Great interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
- Ability to perform in a complex & fluid environment.
