The Revenue Core Functions team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly.  As a member of the Implementation Planning team, you will act as a force multiplier on the implementation side of an already rapidly-scaling startup, enabling a business that is already exceeding growth targets to expand even faster. As Implementation QC manager,  you will be responsible for ensuring all startup and conversion plans are in compliance. To accomplish this, you'll need to be client-focused, flexible, and accommodating while keeping numerous tasks and stakeholders moving forward. 

What you get to do every day

  • Research conversion plan documents and identify issues and mitigate risks with product limitations
  • Draft and review Benefits Analysis prior to Implementation Manager/Plan Sponsor discussion
  • Audit Benefit Analysis, plan document and system setup prior to plan launch
  • Review systems and plan documents for accuracy
  • Monitor and act upon compliance-related issues
  • Research and respond to a high volume of requests for resolution of complex compliance issues and problems presented by internal employees and plan sponsors via internal employees
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding retirement plans;  helping with controlled group setups
  • Generate plan documents and amendments in FTWilliam
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers to ensure accuracy before plan launches

What you bring to the role

  • You have 10+ years of 401(k) experience, particularly around compliance
  • QKA preferred 
  • You are passionate about process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy learning new programs, systems, and tools
  • You have meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
  • You have good organizational skills, are able to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $70,000. This information reflects a salary range for this position based on current market data, and may vary by location. Exact compensation will be determined by the candidates' skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
