Quality Test Lead

Position Summary:

• Manage the Commercial Testing Center in Orlando including groundskeeping, supplies, and other facilities activities.
• Lead field testing activities with professional landscapers.
• Perform use testing as needed.
• Help coordinate demos and training activities as needed.
• Lead tool teardown activities with global team.
• Manage all testing data reporting to global team.
• Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.

Experience Required:

• Experience in working with outdoor power equipment.
• Experience in landscaping is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in lithium-ion batteries is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong organization skills, detailed oriented, and accountable.
• Self-starting with solid follow-through and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
• Experience with using Excel.

Education Requirement:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required

Travel:

• Occasional travel to other locations as required.
