Job Description Summary
Manage optimization/automation projects from approval to implementation, and support users post-production. Will also manage and coordinate the project pipeline and current portfolio of projects in optimization/development across multiple developers and analysts.Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate or lead the process design and optimization for complex and business critical initiatives by choosing the appropriate tools/methods for each circumstance such as improved data gathering, utilizing excel formulas and creating templates, robotics automation, workflow redesign, reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate with different business units to evaluate processes for efficient improvements through cost effective measures.
  • Work with internal and external customers to determine requirements for creating process designs
  • Create process flows and define/document business rules.
  • Maintain roadmap of approved optimization/automation projects
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of new automations within the automation operating model (AOM).
  • Define automation KPI targets and manage the performance of implemented automation
  • Make recommendations for troubleshooting missed automation performance measures.
  • Drive improvements from concept through implementation; translate ideas into a business case with defined outcome potential for a future state design.
  • Apply standard project management methods to individual optimization/automation projects and cross-project coordination.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in large data sets that may lead to improved automation performance and generate new use cases.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant business discipline (e.g., accounting, investments, marketing), or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment
  • Experience in process modeling or business analyst work with a focus on process automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of business process/automation tools (i.e. UiPath, Unqork, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or reporting tools
  • Ability to take complex and abstract concepts and distill them into meaningful process designs
  • Communication skills to present information to stakeholder
  • Time-management skills to manage/support projects and automated processes in production
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Define and document business rules
  • Create process flow diagrams
  • Apply standard project management methods to individual optimization/automation projects
  • Ability to take complex and abstract concepts and distill them into meaningful process designs.
  • Visual basic (VB) skills
  • Experience using formal process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
  • Compensation:

    The Salary for this position generally ranges between $77,000-104,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
  • Bonus Eligibility: This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
