While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA and that is our preferred location for this position, we are dedicated to being a remote-first company. This role will be located remotely in the United States.
In this Job You Will:
Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
Work closely with recruiting team to manage new applicants
Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
Multi-task effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
Work closely with Staffing Specialists and hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensure goals are met.
Juggle multiple priorities with finesse.
Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results.
Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
2+ years of experience in a similar role (recruiting coordinator/sourcer)
The ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead and shift direction quickly.
A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience and building teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
