This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiting Manager based in United States.
This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-scaling, innovation-driven organization operating at the intersection of insurance and technology. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling the entire talent acquisition function, from strategy to execution, across multiple business areas including claims, technology, customer service, and corporate functions. The position combines hands-on recruiting leadership with the opportunity to design the systems, processes, and team structure that will support long-term growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. This is an ideal role for someone who has already built recruiting teams or functions from the ground up. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation in hiring practices.
Accountabilities:
Lead and elevate the recruiting function by building scalable processes and a high-performing team that supports business growth across all departments.
- Build, lead, and develop a recruiting team responsible for end-to-end hiring across technical, claims, and corporate roles
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles
- Design and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate and future workforce requirements
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience to increase efficiency and quality of hire
- Use data and recruiting metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and internal hiring standards
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top-tier talent
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years managing recruiting teams
- Proven experience building or standing up a recruiting function or department from the ground up
- Strong track record of coaching, developing, and elevating recruiting talent
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Rippling
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience considered)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms is a plus
- Experience in insurance or regulated industries is strongly preferred, including knowledge of compliance-sensitive roles
