SUMMARY

We're currently looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join us as a trusted partner supporting the recruitment function. As a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Wiz, you will contribute to the overall success of the team by serving as an internal subject matter expert for our ATS and other recruiting systems/tools. You’ll provide operational support as well as optimize tools and processes relied upon daily by our recruiters and hiring managers. You'll partner cross-functionally with global teams including HR, Legal, and IT teams to support our hiring efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance along the way. 

We are focused on candidates located in Denver, New York, Dallas or Washington D.C., but support both remote and hybrid models in these locations. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a Recruiting Operations subject matter expert to provide support to our stakeholders and to educate our team globally on the most efficient ways of using our tools and workflows. 
  • Provide operational support to our TA team by troubleshooting all recruiting technology issues 
  • Administer and optimize our recruiting technology stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter), working with our vendors closely 
  • Use your problem-solving skills to take a deep look at processes to identify improvements and provide recommendations for courses of actions that help boost progress across the recruiting organization 
  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring absolute accuracy of all information between multiple systems
  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement
  • Build enablement resources to serve as guides that will empower the TA team to grow and adopt consistent processes.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of recruiting data and analytics 
  • Work closely with recruiting team and Head of TA Operations to ensure candidate experience is always top of mind. Discuss pitfalls, process improvements, etc. 
  • Assist with other ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining recruiting tools and systems  
  • 3+ years configuring and managing ATS (e.g., user permissions, job field configuration, offer template configuration, reporting). Greenhouse experience preferred.  
  • Strong business background and experience working cross-functionally with many parts of the business including, finance, compensation, and HR operations teams on a global scale
  • Exposure to global programs and processes that involve different local laws and regulations
  • Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with ability to establish partnerships with all levels of management and business partners and influence business stakeholders.
  • Highly effective process documentation skills with the ability to create efficient programs that involve multiple stakeholders
  • You are decisive and capture the data needed to make informed decisions quickly in a sometimes-ambiguous environment
  • Efficient ability to prioritize tasks with a self-starter attitude
