The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Clinical is responsible for providing recruitment support for all clinical openings across the organization. The incumbent in this role maintains candidate relationships, coordinates interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and sets up candidate tours of our medical facilities as needed. He/She works with Clinical Recruiting on coordinating the use of Targeted Selection at the market level, maintains a high level of white glove support service for our internal staff, coordinates candidate related travel for interviews and updates candidate data in HR system.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates interview schedules between hiring manager and candidate.
- Inputs and updates candidate data and interview related details in HR Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring immediate processing and dispositioning as appropriate.
- Ensures clinical candidates experience a high level of customer service and support throughout the full recruitment process. Schedules travel as needed.
- Participates in routine staffing meetings with the business as needed.
- Identifies areas of concern from a recruitment standpoint and escalates them to Recruiters and/or Executive Leadership.
- Providing administrative recruitment support for Market Recruiters and Market Chief Medical Officers. Supports department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- First-class customer service mentality; "white glove" service mind-set
- Superb attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Occupies a keen sense of data accuracy and precision for reporting purposes
- Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a structured, automated process environment utilizing an HR Applicant Tracking system
- Ability to successfully perform in a metric driven environment, such as: time in process, recruitment time to fill, candidate interview accuracy, SLAs like time it takes to schedule or reaching out to the candidate within 24 hours, etc.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and quickly adjust in an ever-changing, evolving work environment
- Ability to interact professionally and represent ChenMed, Human Resources and the Clinical Recruitment department in a positive manner with associates and candidates
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple candidates simultaneously who are in all phases of the recruitment process
- Ability to work independently and able to follow directions and solve problems
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 10% of the time
- Spoken and written fluency in English
