Recruitment Intern (Remote)

This position is fully remote, meaning you will not be required to work in our Clearwater, FL office. However, you will have the option to work in-office or hybrid, if you are located in the greater Tampa Bay area and would like to do so.

This position is open within approved states in the U.S. Not all 50 states are approved.

Dates of Program: May 22 - August 11, 2023 (12 weeks)

Attention: This is a paid internship. Please note that in the case we offer an in-office or hybrid internship option, the intern would be responsible for relocation (if needed) and lodging for the internship. The intern will not be required to intern in-office or hybrid, as the remote option will always be available.

As a Recruitment Intern at KnowBe4, you will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting as it pertains to hiring sales representatives for the world's largest integrated new-school security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. The candidate selected for this internship will be exposed to full cycle recruiting, sit in on team huddles and get hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
• Successfully determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements   
• Learn sales discovery and closing role plays used during the interview process 
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers

• Learn full cycle recruiting
• Successfully perform role plays during the interview process
• Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship
• Apply customer engagement and negotiating skills effectively

Training:

• One month of training at the beginning of the internship

Minimum Qualifications:

• Interest in HR and Employment Law
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Results driven and ability to demonstrate effective hires in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet/exceed performance goals
• Professionalism and good representation of company

Education:

• General Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration, or related field preferred
