This role is a strategic HR leadership position responsible for partnering with business leaders across the Americas to drive people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business goals into actionable people initiatives while ensuring alignment with global programs. The position requires hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, inclusion, and compliance. You will influence workforce planning, succession management, and team structure, while fostering a high-performance culture that enhances productivity and retention. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated People & Culture advisor for the Americas region, providing guidance to leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Coach, mentor, and support managers on performance management, career development, PIPs, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to align regional initiatives with global programs while adapting to local business needs.
  • Partner with internal communications and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of regional HR processes, including benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough, compliant, and objective investigations.
  • Provide insights into workforce planning, succession management, and team structure, acting as the regional voice on global People & Culture initiatives.
  • Promote and embed culture and values across the region to improve morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years as a Business Partner.
    • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred, with knowledge of fast-paced environments and unique talent profiles.
    • Solid understanding of employment laws across the US and Canada and ability to navigate legal nuances with a human-centered approach.
    • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and ability to influence and challenge leaders constructively.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams.
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
