Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Central based in the Canada.

Lead strategic revenue growth initiatives within a fast-moving cybersecurity environment focused on protecting organizations’ most valuable data assets. In this senior sales leadership role, you will drive enterprise customer acquisition, build executive-level relationships, and expand market presence across the Central region. You will own the complete sales cycle, from territory strategy and prospecting to negotiation and long-term customer success. Working closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams, you will help shape go-to-market strategies and accelerate business growth. You will play a key role in helping organizations strengthen their security posture while advancing the adoption of next-generation data protection solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to identify, engage, and close new enterprise customer opportunities.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proof-of-value execution, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, security leaders, and key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Understand customer challenges and articulate business value by aligning solutions with priorities such as risk reduction, operational efficiency, and data protection.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based discussions tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to generate pipeline, improve sales execution, and maximize customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account activity records, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor cybersecurity market trends, competitive developments, and customer requirements to strengthen positioning and sales strategy.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and contribute to broader revenue growth initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on acquiring new enterprise customers.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering consistent revenue growth.
    • Strong cybersecurity industry experience, ideally within areas such as data loss prevention (DLP), cloud access security broker (CASB), or insider risk management solutions.
    • Established relationships and networks with security leaders, enterprise decision-makers, and channel partners.
    • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, including prospecting, qualification, value selling, negotiation, and closing.
    • Ability to effectively engage both technical audiences and executive-level business stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking, territory planning, and pipeline management capabilities.
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Passion for cybersecurity and technology with a desire to create measurable customer impact.
    • Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and industry engagements.
