This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across a defined region within a fast-scaling industrial technology organization. You will lead and develop senior sales teams, shaping regional strategy and ensuring disciplined execution across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. The role requires a strong focus on predictable revenue generation, pipeline governance, and long-term account expansion within large industrial and manufacturing organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate enterprise adoption and maximize customer value. This is a highly strategic and execution-driven position where your leadership directly influences regional performance, team success, and customer outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the regional enterprise sales strategy focused on large, complex, multi-site accounts and long-term revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Enterprise Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive predictable revenue performance through disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and structured deal execution.
- Oversee regional talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers to support expansion and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure solution alignment and successful customer outcomes.
- Design and optimize territory models, account segmentation, and coverage strategies to maximize regional efficiency and growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant sales regulations, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of closing large, complex B2B deals.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing senior sales leaders and quota-carrying enterprise teams.
- Proven ability to drive predictable revenue through structured forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Strong experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive enterprise environments (engineering background is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing enterprise territory and account strategies.
- Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) with a data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across C-level audiences.
- Strategic, execution-focused leadership style with strong focus on scalability and operational excellence.
