This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (MSP) based in Australia.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving growth across Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystems within a fast-scaling, remote-first technology environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that expand footprint across enterprise and Fortune-level accounts, while building long-term relationships with senior IT and security stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of technical value selling and strategic account growth, requiring strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline creation to closing complex, high-value deals. Working across global time zones, you will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to position advanced telemetry and data solutions. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and is motivated by measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

Own and execute regional MSP-focused sales strategy to drive pipeline growth, revenue expansion, and long-term enterprise customer success. Manage complex sales cycles across technical and executive stakeholders while consistently delivering against ambitious quota targets.

  • Develop and execute a structured business plan to consistently exceed regional sales goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, enterprise IT teams, and security leaders
  • Articulate technical and business value propositions to audiences ranging from engineers to CxO level
  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution
  • Identify and create new demand within assigned territories, including unbudgeted opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution design and customer success outcomes
  • Operate effectively across global time zones with flexibility when required
  • Requirements:

    Strong background in enterprise and MSP sales within cybersecurity, observability, or IT infrastructure markets, with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals. Highly consultative, results-driven, and experienced in channel-led and enterprise sales motions.

    • 7+ years of enterprise and MSP security sales experience targeting large enterprise and G2K organizations
    • Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals and expanding strategic accounts
    • Experience selling into security and IT stakeholders (CISO, CIO, engineering teams)
    • Demonstrated success working in startup or high-growth technology environments
    • Experience generating new logos and building pipeline from scratch
    • Strong understanding of channel-led and partner-driven sales motions
    • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
    • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
