This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sourcing Manager based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sourcing professional to lead strategic vendor partnerships and drive procurement excellence across a regional network. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance, improve service quality, and deliver cost-effective solutions that support customer success. You'll oversee sourcing initiatives, negotiate with vendors, and lead a high-performing team while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. The position offers a dynamic environment where relationship management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are central to achieving long-term business growth.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with regional vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery, competitive pricing, and long-term supplier engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for new and existing services, aligning vendor selection with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, operations, contract management, and project teams to support customer solutions through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor supplier performance using data-driven metrics, negotiate improvements, and implement corrective actions to enhance quality, efficiency, and overall value.
  • Drive adoption of strategic vendor programs and innovative operational initiatives that improve collaboration and optimize network performance.
  • Analyze procurement data, measure financial impact, and communicate sourcing results and performance insights to internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sourcing Team Leads and Associates by setting performance expectations, providing coaching, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procurement standards, and vendor management best practices.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier relationship management with demonstrated success improving vendor performance.
    • Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to evaluate suppliers and deliver sourcing solutions aligned with customer requirements.
    • Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to travel and work onsite as business needs require, with the ability to maintain an effective remote work environment and reliable internet connection.
